Su salida fue inconstitucional, manifestó el senador Alejandro Rojas

CDMX.- Ante la Suprema Corte de Justicia, el senador Alejandro Rojas Diaz Durán interpuso una denuncia de responsabilidad administrativa contra Arturo Zaldívar por infringir la Constitución mexicana, al renunciar sin motivo legal como ministro.
El legislador dijo que Arturo Saldívar debe ser sancionado ejemplarmente por el pleno de la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Nación, conforme a los artículos 98 y 101 constitucionales.
La impunidad en México constituye una de las principales fuentes de nuestras desgracias nacionales, denunció el senador quien dijo que «la Constitución no es un trapo que un ministro pueda usar para limpiar el piso».
Insistió en que Zaldívar tenía el deber de respetar la Constitución, no de infringirla, con su salida, sin justificación como lo establece la ley.
Ahora el ex ministro pertenece al equipo de la precandidata de Morena, Claudia Sheinbaum, a quien se unió de inmediato a que presentó su renuncia al Ejecutivo Federal, el pasado 7 de noviembre. Tanto el presidente López Obrador, como la mayoría morenista y senadores afines en el Senado, aceptaron que abandonara su cargo de ministro.
De manera que su salida fue inconstitucional, de acuerdo con el senador Alejandro Rojas, quien dijo confiar que se imponga una sanción en el caso, para establecer jurisprudencia y marcar un precedente histórico: .
«Debemos ir hasta las últimas consecuencias para invalidar su renuncia y demostrar la quebrantación de la Constitución. La Constitución se acata, no se ataca. Punto».
