CIUDAD DE MÉXICO.— Gualberto Ramírez Gutiérrez, ex titular de la Unidad Antisecuestros de la Subprocuraduría Especializada en Investigación de Delincuencia Organizada (Seido), fue detenido en la madrugada del 25 de junio por su relación en la desaparición de los 43 normalistas de Ayotzinapa, informó Alejandro Encinas, subsecretario de Derechos Humanos.
De acuerdo con el funcionario, Gualberto Ramírez está acusado de desaparición forzada de personas, tortura y coalición de servidores públicos. El registro de la detención señala que fue este domingo a las 11:15:00 horas en Tecámac, sobre la carretera federal México-Pachuca, siendo trasladado al reclusorio Sur.
“La madrugada del 25 de junio, la FGR detuvo a Gualberto Ramírez Gutiérrez, ex titular de la Unidad Antisecuestros de la SEIDO durante la desaparición de los 43 normalistas de Ayotzinapa, acusado de Desaparición forzada de personas, Tortura y Coalición de servidores públicos”, señaló en su cuenta de Twitter.

En julio de 2020, un juez federal ordenó la aprehensión de Gualberto Ramírez Gutiérrez por su presunta responsabilidad en el delito de tortura en agravio de Felipe Rodríguez Salgado, El Cepillo, uno de los sicarios de Guerreros Unidos que participó en la desaparición de los 43 normalistas.
Al extitular de la Seido se le conoce como uno de los arquitectos de la llamada “verdad histórica” del caso Ayotzinapa. En 2019, Ramírez Gutiérrez renunció a la dependencia. La unidad a su cargo fue la primera en conocer que entre los desaparecidos había dos integrantes del Ejército que estudiaban en la Escuela Normal Rural “Raúl Isidro Burgos”.
⇒ Gualberto Ramírez también lideró la investigación que derivó en la detención de Marco Tulio Carrillo Grande, El Marlon, principal lugarteniente del cártel de Sinaloa en Baja California, responsable de la ola violencia en esa zona del país, entre otros casos.
