Hay depósitos millonarios en su cuenta al parecer producto de operaciones simuladas y empresas fantasma
ZACATECAS.- La Unidad de Inteligencia Financiera (UIF) informó que investiga a Miguel Torres Rosales, presidente municipal con licencia de Villanueva, Zacatecas, por los delitos de lavado de dinero, malversación de fondos y operaciones bancarias con recursos de procedencia ilícita.
Ante ello, las circunstancias se complican para los actores políticos de la Alianza Va por México, en el estado de Zacatecas.
Tuvimos acceso a la denuncia y a la carpeta de investigación de la Unidad de Inteligencia Financiera (UIF) en contra de Miguel Torres Rosales, presidente municipal con licencia de Villanueva. En ésta destaca un depósito en efectivo por más de un millón y medio de pesos en su cuenta de Banorte número 17**** 398, en la investigación se presume que dichos recursos son de procedencia no lícita y que pudiera constituir un delito fiscal grave.
En esa misma cuenta de Banorte se depositaron, en 2018, cerca de 100 mil pesos en cheques y en 2020 más de 300 mil, también en cheques.
Se presume que los fondos provienen de operaciones simuladas y empresas fantasma, de acuerdo con las investigaciones de la UIF.
También, supuestamente por medio de facturas falsas y empresas fachada, de 2015 a la fecha una cuenta de Santander número 145****333 ha recibido depósitos irregulares, que suman más de 2 millones y medio de pesos. Recursos que se cree provienen de desvíos y lavado de dinero.
En la carpeta se incluye a José Valdés, su operador financiero, quien en 2018 depositó en efectivo cerca de 1 millón de pesos a su cuenta Banorte 10***970 proveniente de presuntas operaciones simuladas con el municipio de Villanueva y que, de probarse, constituye un ilícito fiscal al manejarse en efectivo, lo que puede ser manejo de moches.
Las autoridades fiscales continúan con la investigación y lo que actualmente es presumiblemente la comisión de delitos graves, si se comprueba, las autoridades judiciales deberán actuar en consecuencia.
