CIUDAD DE MÉXICO El Senado de la Republica será sede del “Primer Ciclo de Jazz Mexicano 2021. Atisbos musicales: Hidalgo en la Cultura”, evento que promueve el presidente de la Comisión de Justicia, Julio Menchaca Salazar.
El encuentro musical ya tuvo dos sesiones 18 y 25 de mayo y le restan un par de días, el 1 y 8 de junio, en el auditorio “Octavio Paz” de este órgano del Congreso.
Las agrupaciones musicales participantes son Fisquet, originaria de la Ciudad de México, que incorpora elementos de rock, funk y música contemporánea. Así como el pianista Jacob Nieto, Jazz Hidalgo Ensamble y concluirá con Luri Molina.
Será transmitido por las redes sociales del Senado, @senadomexicano, así como por el Canal del Congreso y a través de la plataforma digital Webex.
El jazz es un género musical que tiene sus orígenes en los Estados Unidos de finales del siglo XIX. Los expertos coinciden en que la fusión de la cultura africana con la europea dio pauta a la creación de sus acordes.
