CIUDAD DE MÉXICO.— El gobierno de la Ciudad de México condonará, de manera total o parcial, el pago de diversas contribuciones que deben pagar los concesionarios o permisionarios de transporte público y de taxis.
Este jueves, en la Gaceta Oficial de la CDMX fueron publicados cuatro resoluciones generales sobre los beneficios, en donde se argumenta que la medida es necesaria para garantizar el servicios de transporte y hacer frente a la crisis por la pandemia de Covid-19, que repercute en el país y la Ciudad de México.
- Los beneficiarios podrán obtener el Formato Múltiple de Pago a la Tesorería donde ya se refleja la aplicación del beneficio fiscal, a través de la página web: http://www.finanzas.cdmx.gob.mx.
Para los corredores se condonará el 100 por ciento del pago de los adeudos del impuesto sobre tenencia o uso de vehículos, que se hayan causado desde el 2015 al 2019. Sólo en caso de que los concesionarios hayan pagado lo correspondiente al 2020. Asimismo se les condona el 50 por ciento del pago por concepto de Altas Vehiculares en corredores para este año.
Para los taxis se condonará el 50 por ciento del pago de los Derechos de Revista Vehicular correspondientes al 2020.

Mientras que se condona parcialmente el pago de los Derechos de Revista Vehicular correspondientes al ejercicio fiscal 2020 a los prestadores de lo Servicios de Transporte de Carga Público, Mercantil y Privado, y de Pasajeros Mercantil y Privado en la Ciudad de México. En este caso solo se pagarán mil 189 pesos.
Al transporte de ruta, es decir microbuses, se le condonará el 80 por ciento del pago por la prórroga del derecho de su concesión, y 50 por ciento del pago de los derechos por la reposición de placas, por cada una; para la reposición de calcomanía y la sustitución de vehículos del Servicio Público de Transporte, incluyendo la expedición de la tarjeta de circulación y el trámite de baja de vehículo.
También se les aplicará un 75 por ciento de descuento en el pago de los derechos por la autorización de cesión o transmisión de los derechos y obligaciones de una concesión.
