CIUDAD DE MÉXICO.- Aunque ya existe una película biográfica sobre Mario Moreno, ‘Cantinflas’, quien fue interpretado por el español Óscar Jaenada, Mario Moreno del Moral reveló que Johnny Depp no sólo es fan del Mimo de México, sino que no descarta la posibilidad de interpretarlo en la pantalla grande.
En una entrevista para Ventaneando, el nieto de Cantinflas, contó que cuando conoció al actor que interpreta a Jack Sparrow, éste le manifestó su interés por interpretar a su abuelo.
Tras asegurar que estuvieron platicando por un buen rato, Moreno del Moral agregó: “me contó cómo conoce la figura de ‘Cantinflas’, que siempre que tiene momentos para relajarse o salir de viaje le gustan mucho las playas mexicanas, entonces cada que venía a México y prendía la televisión siempre veía a este personaje en diferentes películas”.
“Él dijo ‘sí esa película algún día la hacen en inglés, cuentan ustedes con un actor’, estuvimos platicando más, me dio su tarjeta y estuvimos platicando con su agente”, contó Mario Moreno del Moral, nieto del ícono mexicano.
