QUINTANA ROO.- El actor y empresario Roberto Palazuelos solicitó al presidente Andrés Manuel López Obrador que atienda la denuncia de la construcción ilegal de una mansión en el Parque Nacional de Tulum (PNT).
La noticia comenzó a circular en diferentes medios desde ayer pues al parecer la construcción se encuentra dentro del Área Natural Protegida (ANP) del Área de Monumentos Arqueológicos Tulum-Tankan.
El Parque Nacional Tulum, colinda con la zona arqueológica conocida como la zona “amurallada” de Tulum, por lo que es posible que dentro del Parque existan restos arqueológicos aún no descubiertos.

A través de redes sociales el actor dice representar a hoteleros, pescadores, artesanos y pobladores de Tulum para proceder legalmente contra el dueño del inmobiliario.

El actor comentó que Fernando Alonso Orozco Ojeda, director del PNT, permitió la construcción a cambio de dinero.
Además, presentó una denuncia ante la Fiscalía General de la República (FGR) en contra de Fernando Orozco por diversos delitos entre los que sobresalen extorsión, despojo y cohecho; y aseguró que los ilícitos han ocurrido en los últimos dos años.

Ante las denuncias, en las próximas horas personal de seguridad del Instituto Nacional de Antropología e Historia (INAH) recorrerá la zona para verificar los daños a la naturaleza.
De acuerdo a un documento de expropiación, en el terreno no se puede construir dentro de un polígono de 664.32 hectáreas desde 1981.
Además de este caso, el actor asegura que la mansión no es la única construcción de este tipo pues hay otra propiedad nueva con 36 cabañas, construida en 10 meses y que también fue avalada por Fernando Orozco.
