CIUDAD DE MÉXICO.— Debido a la emergencia sanitaria por Covid-19, la alcaldía Álvaro Obregón acordó restringir la venta de bebidas alcohólicas en la demarcación. La medida aplicará desde este viernes y hasta nuevo aviso.
- De acuerdo con un aviso publicado en la Gaceta Oficial de la Ciudad de México, solo se permitirá la venta de bebidas alcohólicas en un horario de 12:00 a 19:59 horas, de lunes a domingo, en toda la alcaldía.
17/Abril/2020.- El día de hoy se publicó en la Gaceta Oficial de la CDMX, un acuerdo por virtud del cual a partir de hoy en la Alcaldía Álvaro Obregón se permitirá la venta de bebidas alcohólicas únicamente dentro del horario comprendido de las 12:00 a las 19:59 horas.

Esta medida se adopta para impedir concentraciones de personas y con ello evitar posibles contagios de Covid-19. De acuerdo con el texto publicado en la Gaceta Oficial, la venta de alcohol “podría traer consecuencias negativas para la seguridad pública si se desarrollan en días en los que se lleva a cabo la contingencia sanitaria relacionada con el Covid-19”
“Se ordena la suspensión de actividades para vender bebidas alcohólicas en todas sus graduaciones, a partir de las 20:00 horas y hasta las 11:59 horas del día siguiente de lunes a domingo, permitiéndose su venta en un horario de las 12:00 horas y hasta las 19:59 horas de lunes a domingo, en toda la demarcación de la Alcaldía Álvaro Obregón”, se puede leer en el acuerdo.
Esta medidas es aplicable para “establecimientos mercantiles que operen como vinaterías, tiendas de abarrotes, supermercados con licencia para venta de vinos y licores, tiendas de autoservicio, tiendas departamentales, y en cualquier otro establecimiento mercantil similar, en el que se expendan bebidas alcohólicas de cualquier graduación, así como los establecimientos mercantiles con giro de impacto vecinal”.

La Álvaro Obregón es la tercera alcaldía de la Ciudad de México en optar por esta medida:
- La primera fue Milpa Alta, la cual determinó que la venta de alcohol en la demarcación estaría permitida de lunes a viernes en un horario de 8:00 a 20:00 horas, quedando prohibida la comercialización el resto de las horas, así como todo el sábado y domingo.
- La otra fue Cuajimalpa, que el pasado 13 de abril suspendió al 100 por ciento la venta de bebidas alcohólicas.
