CIUDAD DE MÉXICO, 29 de junio (AlMomentoMX).- El Tribunal Superior de Justicia de la Ciudad de México informó que un juez de Control vinculó a proceso a tres sujetos por el delito de contra la salud, en hechos ocurridos el pasado miércoles en la colonia Centro, de la alcaldía de Cuauhtémoc.
De acuerdo con una tarjeta informativa del Tribunal, en audiencia inicial realizada en las salas de oralidad del Reclusorio Preventivo Varonil Norte, el juez de Control les impuso a los detenidos la medida cautelar de prisión preventiva justificada y fijó un periodo de 15 días para la conclusión de la investigación complementaria.
El pasado miércoles 26 de junio, elementos policiacos detuvieron a los tres sujetos relacionados con el grupo delictivo La Unión de Tepito.
La captura de quienes fueron identificados como Hugo Alexis “H”, de 23 años; Kevin Josafath “T”, de 20 años y Rogelio San Juan “El Pari”, de 43 años, se realizó frente al número 62 de la calle República de Paraguay, en el marco del dispositivo Rubik implementado por la Secretaría de Seguridad Ciudadana.
