CIUDAD DE MÉXICO, 14 de junio (AlMomentoMX).— Después de que anunciara su séptimo álbum, Lover, Taylor Swift lanzó su nuevo tema “You Need to Calm Down”, en el que critica a quienes agreden a la comunidad LGBTTTI.
La canción está llena de ritmo, en un momento Swift canta: “Necesitas relajarte y tratar de rastaurar la paz / y controlar tus ganas de gritarle a todo lo que odias / porque las críticas nunca hicieron que alguien fuera menos gay)”.
En “You Need to Calm Down”, Swift incluso hace referencia a la organización de los derechos gay GLAAD cuando canta: “¿Por qué estás enojado cuando podrías estar GLAAD (contento)? / La luz del sol baña la calle durante el desfile / Pero prefieres estar en la edad de las tinieblas / Hacer ese cartel te tuvo que llevar toda la noche”.
Aquí puedes escuchar este himno, que en redes sociales fue bautizado como todo un himno LGBT+ 
“You Need to Calm Down” (traducido al español sería “Necesitas relajarte”) es el segundo sencillo de Lover, que saldrá el 23 de agosto. La canción es la continuación de “ME!”, que incluyó a Brendon Urie de Panic! At the Disco y que alcanzó el segundo lugar en la lista Billboard Hot 100.
Swift también presentó en YouTube un colorido video que acompaña a la nueva canción, de manera muy apropiada durante el Mes del Orgullo LGBT+. Un video oficial será lanzado este lunes.

Cabe destacar que el anterior álbum de Swift, Reputation, salió al mercado en 2017. Sobre su nueva producción, Swift dijo que es “muy romántico” y que contiene 18 temas, todos escritos por ella.
“Me parece que la idea de que algo sea romántico, no tiene que ser una canción feliz”, afirmó la cantante. “Creo que se puede encontrar el romance en la soledad o la tristeza o si se pasa por un conflicto o enfrentando cosas de la vida. Creo que sólo es cuestión de mirar esas cuestiones con un enfoque muy romántico”.
