Para saber cuánto cuesta vivir cerca de la oficina, se revisaron las rentas de departamentos de las 10 colonias con la mayor oferta existente en el portal.
Los precios van desde los 20,500 pesos mensuales en la colonia Nápoles hasta los 50,000 pesos mensuales en Polanco IV Sección.
Colonias como Juárez, Roma Norte y Cuauhtémoc, mantienen precios alrededor de los 22,000 pesos mensuales. Mientras que, en la cota superior, en Bosques de las Lomas y Lomas de Chapultepec II Sección los precios rondan los 46,000 pesos.
Ventajas y alternativas
La calidad de vida se incrementa porque se está menos expuesto al estrés y al sedentarismo de permanecer horas sentado en el automóvil o transporte público.
“Tener un mínimo de activación física te va a permitir tener un mejor rendimiento laboral, menos ausentismo, mayor productividad, mejor estado de salud, mayores ahorros personales en atención médica y en general vas a tener una calidad de vida mayor”, explicó Areli Carreón miembro fundador de Bicitekas, A.C. y alcaldesa de la Bicicleta en CDMX.
La dificultad de trasladarse en una ciudad como esta ha hecho que las personas busquen alternativas: “Dada una mayor orientación al uso de transportes alternativos o un menor uso del automóvil; tenemos que la ubicación es un driver de decisión cada vez más importante”, indicó Leonardo González, analista de Real Estate de Propiedades.com.
Sin embargo, los precios en los principales centros de negocios de la ciudad suelen ser elevados.
“La mezcla inmobiliaria mejora la diversidad de las zonas, por lo que se observan mayores precios en estos nodos más consolidados”, señaló González. Y agregó que las oficinas detonan nuevos puntos de interés, como gimnasios, restaurantes o cafés, por lo que añaden nuevas amenidades a las zonas.
En ocasiones, al buscar menores precios la gente tiende moverse a lugares cada vez más lejos de sus zonas de actividades. Esta lejanía con los centros de trabajo es una inversión cotidiana muy grande en términos del costo directo de gasolina, de peajes y de todos los gastos asociados al traslado, pero sobre todo es un costo tremendo en tiempo, manifestó Areli Carreón.
“Entonces todo el tiempo que tú pierdes en la ida y la venida, en las dos o tres horas que te la pasas al frente del volante, son horas que desperdiciaste. A la larga, cuando tú las pones todas juntas estás perdiendo días completos, incluso meses completos de tu vida atrapado en tu auto”, destacó.
Algunas de las alternativas que se pueden considerar en estos casos es buscar habitar en colonias aledañas a los centros de trabajo, donde las rentas pueden ser más bajas o buscar compañeros de casa, con los cuales compartir los gastos.
Además, combinar diferentes formas de movilidad como transporte público, bicicleta o caminar alguna parte del trayecto, puede darte algunos beneficios de no pasar todo el tiempo en el tráfico.
